Daniel P. Miltner has over 10 years of work experience in finance and real estate. Daniel P. started their career at ICF International as a Finance Associate, where they led financial analysis and operational support for various divisions. During their time there, they worked on contracts with international, federal, state, and commercial clients, including USAID, the Centers for Disease Control, the FDIC, and the Department of Education. Daniel P. also priced new contracts, developed budgets, and forecasted contract funding.

In 2014, Daniel joined Omega Healthcare Investors as the Managing Director of Acquisitions & Asset Management. In this role, they led the underwriting and structuring of domestic and international healthcare real estate investments, with a focus on skilled nursing, assisted living, and care home investments in the United States and the United Kingdom. Daniel P. also oversaw the asset management of Omega's skilled nursing and senior housing portfolios located across both countries and provided financing and capital to operating partners.

Daniel P. Miltner's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, from 2006 to 2009.
