Francois Boucher has a strong background in human resources, with several years of experience in various managerial roles. Francois started their career as an HR Generalist at Outillage de Précision Drummond inc. in 1996 and then moved on to Pharmascience, where they continued as an HR Generalist until 2001. Boucher then joined Multi-Color Corporation as an HR Director from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they joined LafargeHolcim, initially as an Area HR Manager and then progressed to roles such as HR Director and HR Industrial Director until 2016. After that, Boucher worked at GDI Integrated Facility Services as the Director of HR and Health Safety from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Human Resources at Omega Laboratories Limited, where they have been since 2017.
Francois Boucher obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, completing their studies between 1992 and 1995.
