Doug Brewer

Field Services Engineer at Omega Medical Imaging

Doug Brewer has worked in various roles in the field of engineering since 1995. Doug began their career as an Electronic Technician in the US Navy, and subsequently held roles as a Leading Petty Officer and RADAR/Navigation Aid Supervisor. In 2015, they worked as a KMI Manager for both PESystems, Inc. and Global Services Corp. In 2016, they were a Field Engineer for Assurance Technology Corporation, and a Laboratory Manager for AECOM. Doug then worked as an ENI Technician for ENGlobal in 2017, and a Field Service Engineer for GE Healthcare from 2018 to 2022. Doug currently holds the role of Field Services Engineer at Omega Medical Imaging LLC.

Doug Brewer has completed training from GE Healthcare in DGGS (Basic Xray imaging theory), Cathlab Modality (Advanced training on GE Healthcare Cathlab imaging systems), Portable Modality (Advanced training on GE Healthcare portable imaging equipment), Nuclear Medicine modality (Advanced training on GE Healthcare nuclear medicine imaging systems), and R & F modalities (Biomedical/Medical Engineering). Doug also attended Hartsville High School, US Navy (Fiber optics installer/maintainer), US Navy ET strand school (Avanced Electroncs Theory in Communication and Radar systems), and US Navy Techcore (Basic Electronic Theory).
