Laura Lanzana-Francomano

Laura Lanzana-Francomano serves as the Director of Human Resources for Omega Optical's New York divisions since August 2020, where responsibilities include employee relations, strategic planning, recruitment, and compliance training. Prior to this role, Laura held the position of Human Resources & Payroll Manager at Spectral Systems LLC from January 2012 to August 2020, focusing on similar HR functions while also managing payroll processes. Experience also includes roles in procurement and accounts payable, notably as Purchasing Manager and Site HR Support at Smiths Detection from August 2005 to December 2011, and as Accounts Payable Supervisor at AboveNet from May 1999 to 2005.
