Pierre Maret has a diverse work experience in the customer service and logistics field. Pierre is currently the Head of Customer Service for OMEGA France, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Customer Service France at Swatch Group from 2020 to 2022. From 2015 to 2019, Pierre served as the Responsable Qualité et SAV (Horlogerie & Joaillerie) at CHANEL. Pierre also has experience at TAG Heuer, where they worked as the Directeur Customer Service from 2014 to 2015 and as the Responsable Achats logistique Mouvements from 2009 to 2014. Pierre began their career at Somfy as an Acheteur Pièces Métalliques from 2005 to 2009.
Pierre Maret completed their education with a Baccalauréat degree in Sciences from Lycée Vaugelas, from 1992 to 1995. Pierre then pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering from SUPMICROTECH-ENSMM, where they studied from 1998 to 2001. Afterward, Pierre attended emlyon business school to obtain a Mastère degree in Management de la Technologie et de l'Information, completing their studies in 2002.
