Hans Grufman

Hans Grufman is currently the CFO at Omegapoint. Prior to this, they were the Interim CFO at IT-Total Sweden AB from April 2020 to October 2020. Before that, they were the CFO at Atex from February 2017 to April 2020. Hans has also held the positions of Head of Business Control at Sigma IT & Management from August 2011 to October 2015, and Business Controller at Ericsson from July 2005 to July 2011.

Grufman has extensive experience in financial analysis, planning, and management. Hans has been heavily involved in M&A activity throughout their career, and has successfully integrated multi-national acquisitions. Hans is a member of mgmt team and present a board meetings.

Hans Grufman has a degree in financial economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg, and a degree in electrical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology. Hans also has a leadership program from Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education.

Hans Grufman reports to Johan Malmliden, CEO. They work with Anna-Clara Söderbaum - CEO, Omegapoint Stockholm AB, Patrik Lannergård - CEO, Omegapoint Uppsala AB, and Fredrik Lundbeck - CEO, Omegapoint Malmö AB.
