Cam Sisnett has held various roles in the field of compensation and rewards. They started their career at Barclays Investment Bank in 2008, working as an Analyst in the Human Resources Graduate Programme. They then progressed to become an Assistant Vice President, focusing on global compensation. In 2012, they moved to Barclays as a Vice President, responsible for reward and performance.
