Cam Sisnett

Cam Sisnett has held various roles in the field of compensation and rewards. They started their career at Barclays Investment Bank in 2008, working as an Analyst in the Human Resources Graduate Programme. They then progressed to become an Assistant Vice President, focusing on global compensation. In 2012, they moved to Barclays as a Vice President, responsible for reward and performance. In 2013, they joined TD as a Senior Manager in Compensation Advisory. Most recently, since 2018, Cam has been working at OMERS. They started as the Director, Head of Global Compensation & Recognition and then became the Vice President, Head of Total Rewards in September 2020.

Cam Sisnett's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree from McGill University, obtained from 2001 to 2005. The field of study for this degree was International Development Studies & Political Science. Later, from 2006 to 2007, Cam pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from King's College London.
