Emily Quinn has over a decade of experience in client services and member experience, currently serving as Manager, Member Experience at OMERS since February 2015. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at OMERS, including Member Experience Lead, Senior Client Service Representative, and Client Service Representative. Before joining OMERS, Emily worked as an Early Childhood Assistant at Bronte Heights Day School from August 2010 to January 2015 and held positions at Comstock Canada as an Administrative Quality, Safety and Environmental Assistant and Technical Writer in 2010, as well as an Accounts Payable Clerk from 2007 to 2009. Emily earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph between 2012 and 2015, and pursued academic studies at the University of Ottawa from 2009 to 2012.
