Joe Lopopolo

Joe Lopopolo is the Global Technical Strategy Team Lead at OMERS since September 2022. Prior to this role, Joe was a Senior IT Analyst at Oxford Properties Group from October 2015 to October 2022. Joe also served as a Senior Network Administrator at TalkPoint, a PGi Company, from October 2006 to October 2015. Joe has extensive experience in managing support for users, handling server hardware builds and installs, and troubleshooting operating system issues. Before that, Joe was a Senior Desktop Technician at Alba Computer Solutions, LLC, where Joe provided 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support for helpdesk/Desktop support issues for various clients in the NY area. Joe also offered white-glove service for IT technical support to executive management in office and residential settings.
