Derek Panton

Derek Panton is a dynamic cybersecurity leader with extensive experience in security technology and operations management, currently serving as Global Lead of the Tiger Team at Omerta since April 2024. Previously, Derek held key roles at Unilever, including interim Director and Vice President of Security Technology and Operations, and contributed as Security Architecture and Engineering Manager at Verisure. With a solid background in cloud security and risk management, Derek has worked with over 20 Fortune-500 companies across multiple industries in the USA and Europe. Education includes a Cert IOD in Business Administration from the Institute of Directors and involvement with the Cloud Security Alliance.
