Deborah King

Deborah King is an accomplished professional in design and engineering management, currently serving as the Head of Design Management at Omexom since November 2025. Prior to this role, Deborah held the position of Head of Engineering at Balfour Beatty plc from August 2022 to November 2025. A significant part of Deborah's career was spent at Rolls-Royce from June 2007 to August 2022, where various leadership roles included Vice President of Programmes for Fleet Campaigns and Service Operations, as well as Programme Executive for Aircraft Availability. Deborah's educational background includes an MSc in Project Management from The University of Manchester and a BSc (Hons) in Design Technology from the University of Staffordshire.
