Arno Winkelman

Arno Winkelman is an experienced legal advisor specializing in enforcement and policy development within municipal governance. Currently serving as Juridisch adviseur handhaving at Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland since April 2022, Arno previously held several key positions, including Beleidsontwikkelaar/Juridisch adviseur handhaving and Teamleider Vergunningverlening at Gemeente Epe from June 2013 to April 2022, and Juridisch adviseur handhaving at Gemeente Bodegraven-Reeuwijk on a secondment basis.
