Rosalie van Schie

Rosalie van Schie is a professional with extensive experience in environmental oversight and animal research. Currently, Rosalie serves as a Toezichthouder Glastuinbouw at Omgevingsdienst Haaglanden and a Toezichthouder Groen at Omgevingsdienst Zuid-Holland Zuid, both starting in May 2023 through Cauberg Huygen. Additional roles include Toezichthouder Milieu/Groen at Cauberg Huygen since February 2020 and Toezichthouder Milieu at Omgevingsdienst regio Utrecht until January 2024. Previous experience includes working as a Horecamedewerker at Westlandtheater De Naald and conducting an afstudeerscriptie at World Animal Protection Nederland focused on discouraging exotic pet ownership. Furthermore, Rosalie completed a research internship at Curaçao Zoo, advising on the behavior of capuchin monkeys, and worked as a verkoper/dierverzorger for reptiles at Avonturia. Rosalie holds a bachelor's degree in Dier- en veehouderij from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and an MBO level 4 in Marketing/Commerciële economie with a specialization in marketing management from ROC Mondriaan.
