Alisa Bailey

Alisa Bailey has extensive experience in project management and construction in various industries. From 2014 to the present, they have worked at Omicron, first as a Project Director, then as the Director of Industrial, and currently as the Vice President - Industrial and Integration. Alisa has managed multi-million dollar design and construction projects and has been responsible for business development activities. Prior to joining Omicron, Alisa worked at BC Housing from 2007 to 2014, where they held positions such as Director of Capital Asset Management and Manager of Capital Improvements - Client Services. In these roles, they successfully managed large renovation and repair programs and oversaw project management staff. Before joining BC Housing, Alisa worked at Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd. as a Senior Technologist, where they focused on building envelope renovation projects. Alisa began their career at Pan-Adode International as a Junior Technologist.

Alisa Bailey obtained a Diploma in Building Technology - Building Science from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 1997 to 1999. In 2014, they received Negotiation Training 1 from the Justice Institute of British Columbia. From 2012 to 2014, they completed the Competencies in Leadership Program at the Justice Institute of British Columbia. In 2011, they also completed a program in Collaborative Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
