Eleni Atsalakis

Eleni Atsalakis is an accomplished professional in the field of psychology and organizational development, currently serving as Principal Psychologist and Co-Founder at Omio since July 2021. In addition to this role, Eleni is a Partner Coach at Wisdom8, also starting in May 2021. Previous experience includes Senior Manager of Organisational Development at ASIC from July 2018 to April 2021, and involvement as a Council Member with the Randstad Diversity & Inclusion Council in 2017-2018. Eleni's extensive background at Randstad HR Consulting spanned nearly nine years, where roles included General Manager of Talent Management & Assessment Services and Senior Psychologist. Eleni began the professional journey as a Consultant at Research Recruitment from January 2006 to August 2009. Academic qualifications include a Master of Psychology (Organisational) from UNSW and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Human Resource Management, all obtained from UNSW.
