Sara de Cicco

Sara De Cicco has a diverse work experience in the field of People Operations and Human Resources. Sara is currently working as a Team Lead for People Operations & Workplace Management at Omio since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Team Lead for People Operations at Omio starting from November 2020. Before joining Omio, Sara worked at Raisin, where they worked as a Team Lead for People Operations from June 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Operations Manager from July 2018 to May 2019 and as a Human Resources Assistant from September 2017 to June 2018. Sara also gained experience working as a Human Resources Assistant at BEKO Käuferportal GmbH from September 2015 to August 2017. Sara started their career as a Freelancer at Norbert Zänker & Kollegen, Interpreters and Translators from January 2013 to December 2014.

Sara De Cicco obtained a Bachelor's degree in Dolmetschen und Übersetzen from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, graduating in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a program as a Kaufmännische Assistentin in Fremdsprachen from 2013 to 2015.
