Tusharr Kumar has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tusharr is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Only Much Louder since November 2022. Before this role, they served as the Executive Vice President at Only Much Louder from May 2022 to November 2022. Tusharr also held the position of Executive Vice President at Hypothesis from May 2022 to November 2022. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Director at Ola Electric from September 2021 to April 2022. Tusharr previously worked at Only Much Louder as the Senior Vice President - Global Creator Network from April 2020 to September 2021 and as the Vice President - Global Creator Network from November 2018 to March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Lead - Marketing Activation (India +) at Royal Enfield from March 2018 to October 2018. Tusharr also worked as a Marketing Lead (India) at Ducati India Pvt Ltd from May 2015 to February 2018. Tusharr started their professional career at Only Much Louder as the Manager - Marketing, Branded Entertainment & Ticketing from April 2012 to May 2015. Before that, Tusharr gained experience in brand management at Parle Agro Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Brand Manager from May 2010 to September 2011. Tusharr also worked as a Marketing Manager at Shivangani from May 2009 to April 2010 and as a Management Trainee at Tata Steel, India – Corporate Communications from June 2007 to July 2007.

Tusharr Kumar completed their Bachelor of Mass Media degree in Advertising from St. Xavier's College in 2007. Tusharr then pursued their MSc in Marketing at Alliance Manchester Business School from 2007 to 2008. Before their college education, Tusharr studied ISC Commerce at Loyola School Jamshedpur before 2003.
