Hachmi Hamdi has extensive maritime experience, currently serving as patron de pilotine at the Office de la Marine Marchande et des Ports since May 2021. From January 2010 to May 2021, Hachmi was a Maitre d'équipage at Compagnie Tunisienne de Navigation. Prior to that, Hachmi held the position of Capitaine de chalutier pêche hauturier at Kelma pêche from June 2005 to December 2009. Hachmi's educational background includes training at l'école de pêche de Tabarka, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2005.
