Dave Watkins

Executive Vice President, Director Of International Operations at Omnex Inc

Dave Watkins has a strong background in executive and senior management roles. Dave started their career at Avtex Fibers, Inc. in 1977, where they worked as a Director of HR & Employee Relations, Plant HR Manager, and Production Department Head. After that, they served as the President of American Spring and Wire Specialties Co. from 1985 to 1991. In 1989, they joined K.A. Steel Chemicals as the Executive Vice President, Operations, where they were responsible for overseeing operations at five locations. From 1992 to 1993, they worked as the General Manager at Resinoid Engineering. Since 1995, they have been working at Omnex, Inc., where they initially served as an Executive Consultant and later became the Executive Vice President and Director of International Operations. In this role, they provided consulting and training services in various areas, including organizational effectiveness, business operating systems, and global sourcing. Dave also managed international operations in Europe, Latin America, Asia, and India.

Dave Watkins attended Lindisfarne College from 1957 to 1959, where they completed their College Prep degree in General Studies. From 1961 to 1964, they attended Missouri Military Academy and obtained their High School diploma with a focus on College Prep. Subsequently, from 1964 to 1966, they enrolled at American University, intending to study Journalism and Fine Arts, but did not complete a degree. Finally, from 1970 to 1973, Dave Watkins attended Widener University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
