Kristina Dragoun

Kristina Dragoun is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in hospitality and customer service. Currently serving as the National Sales Manager at Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa since July 2021, Kristina focuses on managing over 100 group leads monthly and executing site visits and virtual tours for groups with 50 rooms or less. Previously, Kristina held positions at Echo Global Logistics as a Client Sales Representative, and at Langham Hospitality Group as an Executive Meeting Manager, where leadership in sales strategy and superior service standards were key achievements. Earlier experiences include roles at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, Macy's, and The Walt Disney Company, where Kristina demonstrated a commitment to driving revenue growth and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Mississippi.
