Andre Avedissian

Andre Avedissian is an experienced investment analyst and fund accountant currently working at Omni Bridgeway since May 2023. Prior to this role, Andre co-founded Canopy Study, which provides adaptive learning solutions through AI, enabling teachers to efficiently create formative resources. Andre's background includes accounting positions at Walker Wayland NSW's corporate advisory and Sydney offices, as well as experience with Actuate Accounting. Participation in Blackbird's Giants Cohort further highlights Andre's commitment to supporting early-stage founders. Andre holds a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Finance from the University of Technology Sydney and achieved Chartered Accountants certification in 2023. Additionally, Andre has experience as a goal umpire in AFL Sydney and NEAFL.
