Brian Cline

Brian Cline is a seasoned Senior Systems Engineer with extensive experience in systems engineering and program management across various defense and intelligence programs. Currently, at OMNI Consulting Solutions, Cline supports the DAF Rapid Capabilities Organization with a focus on the Advanced Battle Management System development and leads systems engineering efforts for ABMS Battle Lab development. Previous roles include senior systems engineering positions at SDK Consulting INC, Raytheon IIS, DCS Corp, and other organizations, where responsibilities encompassed developing Agile management plans, leading teams, managing risk portfolios, and overseeing requirements development for national security and defense initiatives. Cline holds a degree from Virginia Tech and has contributed significantly to projects related to missile defense, transportation security, and geospatial intelligence.
