Justin Ray

Justin Ray is an Advanced Engineer and Scientist at Rincon Research Corporation since August 2022, previously serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin from January 2015 to September 2022 and as a Software Engineer at Boeing from March 2013 to January 2015. A resident expert in RF signal processing, Justin has developed control software for embedded RF systems and enhanced existing signal processing capabilities. Prior to industry roles, Justin was a Research Assistant at the University of California, where contributions included creating a robotic control system and conducting cognitive science experiments under Dr. David Noelle. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from UC Merced, earned in 2012.
