John Bowman

John Bowman is a seasoned aerospace professional currently serving as a Tracking Layer MSE&I Senior Systems Engineer at the Space Development Agency since December 2020. With extensive experience in defense systems, Bowman has held various roles, including Program Acquisition Support at OMNI Consulting Solutions since August 2018, and Test Director at NORAD from August 2014 to August 2018, where leadership of a 12-person team focused on homeland defense against cruise missile threats was key. Bowman's prior experience includes Program Manager at the Space and Missiles Systems Center, overseeing early hypersonic program acquisition and operational testing, and Project Manager at the Missile Defense Agency, focusing on missile defense initiatives.
