Ryan Critchfield

Ryan Critchfield has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Ryan started their career in 2012 as a Logistics Officer in the United States Air Force and served in this role until 2016. After that, they joined the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, where they served as a Logistics Officer, Contracts Acquisition Officer, and Deployment Team Leader from 2016 to 2017. In 2017, Ryan joined the United States Air Force as a Public Affairs Officer and served until 2019. Following this, they worked at Kessel Run and held multiple positions, including Chief of Staff, Air Operations Branch, Program Manager, and Engagements Chief Innovation Officer, from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Ryan is employed at Omni Federal as a Customer Success Manager and recently assumed the role of Director of Customer Success in April 2023.

Ryan Critchfield attended the United States Air Force Academy from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science.
