Since November 1990, Bruce has held various roles at Omni Hotels, progressing from Banquet Captain to Assistant Director of Banquets and ultimately becoming the Director of Banquets. Prior to this, Bruce gained valuable experience at Marriott Hotels from January 1988 to October 1990, where responsibilities included serving as Banquet Captain, Server, and Houseman.
