Kellee Garcia

Kellee Garcia, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, CCP, currently serves as the Corporate Director of Benefits at Omni Hotels & Resorts, a position held since July 2022. Previously, Kellee was the Director of Benefits & Total Rewards for the Americas at Menzies Aviation from June 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included directing benefit and compensation programs, as well as overseeing various operational processes related to payroll and talent acquisition. Kellee also has experience as a Benefits Manager at Menzies Aviation and Applied Medical, where the focus was on administering employee benefit programs and designing competitive benefit offerings, respectively. Kellee earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Southern Oregon University.
