Leticia Martinez has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Services at Omni Mandalay Hotel since March 2003. Previously, Leticia held the position of Director of Housekeeping at both Omni Park West and Omni Dallas Convention Center. Leticia's career began in the housekeeping department at Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center, serving as Assistant Director of Housekeeping for over a decade, followed by a brief tenure as Director of Housekeeping at Embassy Suites.
