Jonna Brandel

Jonna Brandel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and consulting. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at OMNI Human Resource Solutions since August 2021, Jonna provides strategic support in various HR functions including recruitment and performance management. As a Partner and Senior Director of Client Services at The Brandel Group, established in April 2010, Jonna specializes in independent reviews of organizational and risk management challenges. Previous roles include Business Development and Project Manager for The Lion Partnership - USA, and Regional Director and Insurance Analyst at Expense Reduction Analysts, where expertise in project management and cost analysis was demonstrated. Jonna began a career in human resources with positions at AEGON and Transamerica Life from 1994 to 2003, focusing on employee relations and organizational development.
