Rachel Baker

Rachel Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Research Manager at OMNI Institute since July 2021, Rachel previously co-founded Peacebuilding Solutions, where responsibilities included overseeing a team of 35 and guiding the organization towards its strategic goals. With a solid foundation in research, Rachel held the position of Research Associate at ICF, providing support to public health agencies, and directed research initiatives at Peacebuilding Solutions, focusing on the experiences of displaced populations in Haiti. Additional volunteer work in crisis support roles showcases Rachel's commitment to community service and advocacy. Educationally, Rachel holds an MSc in Medical Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Amsterdam and an MA in Anthropology from Georgia State University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from the same institution.
