Bertha Guillén

Bertha Guillén is a Human Resources professional with experience in developing reports, enhancing HR processes, and providing support to various businesses. With a background in Computer Information Systems, Bertha has worked in roles such as HRIS Analyst and Corporate Human Resources Specialist, overseeing programs for large employee populations. Bertha also has experience as a Field Human Resources Specialist, advocating for employee benefits and conducting onboarding in Spanish. Currently, Bertha holds the position of Human Resources Generalist at OMNI Systems™ and is a LEND Family Leadership Trainee at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
