Mike Bish

Mike Bish has a comprehensive work experience spanning several positions and companies. Mike started their career as a Design Engineer at Milacron in 1986 and then moved on to various roles at Hill-Rom, including Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Engineering Specialist, Group Leader - Product Improvement Engineering, and Manager/Director Sustaining Engineering. From 2007 to 2013, they served as the Director/Executive Director of Global R&D at Hill-Rom. Following that, they worked as the Director of Engineering at The Armor Group from 2013 to 2019, where they led a technical organization and achieved patents for new product lines. Currently, they serve as the Director of Engineering at Omni Technologies, Inc., where they are responsible for various operations and successfully implemented several key processes, including project management and program management. Mike has also introduced employee-led safety committees and established a company-wide performance management calibration process.

Mike Bish holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University. Mike also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
