Matthew Kruse, CSM has over 8 years of experience in IT project management. In 2021, they began working as an Information Technology Project Manager at Omni Workspace. From 2018-2020, they worked as a Project Manager at Children's Minnesota, where they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of multiple IT projects, including project scope, goals, deployment cost estimates, as well as implementation, transition and turnover. From 2017-2018, they worked as a Sr. Project Manager at the Minnesota Judicial Branch, where they were responsible for understanding Network Infrastructure as well as the intricacies and nuances of the functional program areas. From 2017-2018, they were a Project Manager (Consultant) at Best Buy, where they were responsible for end to end project management tasks for retail store deployment projects. From 2016-2017, they worked as an Implementation Project Manager at Calabrio, Inc. From 2015-2017, they were a SAP Project Manager (Consultant) at 3M, where they were responsible for running the Functional cutovers/manual configuration for each environment for each specific release. From 2015-2016, they were a Project Manager (Consultant) at Best Buy, where they were responsible for coordinating the in-bound tasks assigned to Application Support from several Infrastructure driven projects. Lastly, from 2013-2015, they were a Project Manager (Consultant) at UnitedHealth Group, where they achieved all targets on multiple simultaneous projects.

Matthew Kruse obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. In September 2022, they were certified as a ScrumMaster (CSM) by the Scrum Alliance.
