Melissa Strecansky

Melissa Strecansky has a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Melissa currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Employee Experience at Omnia Healthcare Group, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at North Shore Healthcare, LLC from November 2017 to August 2022, holding roles as Vice President of Organizational Development & Talent and Vice President of Human Resources. Before that, they worked at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care from July 2009 to May 2017, where they held positions as VP of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources.

Melissa Strecansky obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Central Michigan University, from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they pursued General Studies at Oakland Community College from 1994 to 1995. Furthering their education, Melissa completed their Master of Science in Administration (MSA) degree at Central Michigan University from 1999 to 2002.
