Doug Brown

Doug Brown has a wealth of work experience, starting with their current position as a Senior Director of Project Management at OMNIA Partners since January 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Project Management at the same company from May 2022 to January 2023. Prior to joining OMNIA Partners, Doug worked at Hussmann Corporation, a Panasonic Company, from April 2019 to April 2022, where they held the role of IT Service Desk/Account Provisioning Manager. Doug was responsible for leading the internal IT Service Desk team and providing support to around 3,100 employees. Doug'sduties included hardware, software, and application support, as well as strategic planning and process standardization. Before joining Hussmann Corporation, Doug worked at DexYP as the Director of Business Ongoing Support Teams, Sales Operations from January 2018 to April 2019. Prior to that, they held various roles at YP, The Real Yellow Pages® from May 2012 to December 2017, including Director of Sales Systems Learning & Performance and Senior Manager of Sales Systems & Applications - Sales Enablement. Doug's professional journey began at Southwestern Bell Directory Advertising, where they were a Senior Manager from May 1995 to July 2006. Doug then joined AT&T and held the position of Senior Manager from July 2006 to April 2012.

Doug Brown attended William Jewell College from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management. In addition to their formal education, they also received a certification entitled "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn in October 2018.
