Lisa Merder has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various positions. Lisa began their career at Kimball Office in 1997 as a National Account Manager, where they established relationships with key accounts and achieved significant growth. Lisa then joined Kimball International as a Guest Relations Manager from 1999 to 2003. Lisa returned to Kimball Office in 2001 as a Government Sales Manager, overseeing operations and support for two brands. In 2006, they joined National Office Furniture as a Vertical Market Program Manager, developing programs and partnerships in government, finance, healthcare, and education markets. Lisa later became a Strategic Program Sales Manager, leading the sales team and implementing training programs to enhance brand equity and sales in various markets. In 2016, Lisa joined OMNIA Partners as a Vice President, Training and Development, responsible for developing training programs and supporting vendor partners and employees. Lisa currently holds the position of Vice President, Workspace Sales Solutions at OMNIA Partners, where they build programs and strategies to connect buyers and contract holders with suppliers.
