Tim Holland has a diverse work experience in the staffing and procurement industry. Tim started their career in 2001 as the Corporate Vice President of Sales at CBS Personnel Holdings Inc, where they were responsible for integrating and unifying sales methodologies among different operating brands. Tim then served as the Executive Vice President at Chase Staffing Services, managing the US Commercial Operations division. In 2009, Tim became the Global Sales Vice President at Advantage Resourcing, overseeing global sales and increasing overall sales by 32%. Tim later joined Talent Resources as a Partner, sourcing mid to senior-level sales and management positions for the staffing industry. Tim also worked at DCR Workforce as the Senior Vice President of Sales, achieving company records in deal flow and developing channel partnerships. Currently, they are the Managing Director of Contingent Labor Solutions at OMNIA Partners, Private Sector, providing sourcing solutions and partnerships for enterprise corporations.

Tim Holland has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Marquette University. Tim also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. In addition, they have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
