Renai Chen has worked in a variety of roles since 2006. Starting with a Recruitment Assistant at Tempo-Team, they then moved to a Marketing & Sales Assistant at Slavenburg Bouw. In 2008, they were a Consultant at Michael Page International, before founding Bagitali in 2009, where they were a Business Development and Founder. In 2015, they worked as a (a.i.)
