Anuja Deshpande

Anuja Deshpande has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and consulting. Anuja currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at OmniActive Health Technologies, where they are responsible for the implementation of global HR practices and leading business partnering for corporate functions and R&D teams. As Head of COE, they focus on organizational design, performance management, talent management, and employee experience. As Head of Corporate HR, they focus on enhancing TA impact, workforce capability, and building inspired leaders and teams.

Prior to their current role, Anuja worked at Cipla as an Associate Director and HR Lead, where they partnered with various business clusters and managed a large workforce. Anuja also held roles as Senior Manager, Corporate HR and Manager, Compensation and Benefits (Global) at Cipla.

Anuja has also gained experience as a Consultant in Compensation & Benefits at Mercer Consulting, as an HR Business Partner at Wipro Technologies, and as a Sales Academy Intern at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. Anuja started their career as a Software Developer at Infosys Technologies Ltd.

Anuja Deshpande pursued their education at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune from 2008 to 2010. During this time, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Prior to their MBA, from 2002 to 2006, Anuja attended Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, where they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Anuja has also obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they obtained the Hogan Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems. In June 2018, they completed the Dale Carnegie certification from Dale Carnegie Training. Furthermore, in June 2015, Anuja acquired the Crucial Conversations certification from Crucial Life Changing Skills (Formerly VitalSmarts India). Lastly, in March 2013, they obtained the Hay Group Job Evaluation certification from Hay Group.
