Sylvester Heidkamp

Sylvester Heidkamp currently serves as the Head of Operations at Omnicare since July 2023. Prior to this role, Sylvester held various positions at Bayer from January 2016 to July 2023, including Head of Procurement CH Formulation Materials and Global Sourcing Manager. Sylvester's earlier experience includes working as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Chemion Logistik GmbH from September 2014 to January 2016 and as a Senior Consultant at INVERTO, A BCG Company, from April 2012 to May 2014. Sylvester earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln between 2009 and 2012.
