Elisabeth Russell

Elisabeth Russell, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as HR Manager at Omnicom Health Group, the largest healthcare marketing and communications group globally, since August 2017. Prior to this role, Elisabeth held the position of HR and Operations Manager at IVORY Worldwide from May 2014 to August 2017, where the focus was on creating authentic and engaging brand experiences. Elisabeth's earlier experience includes serving as Business Support and HR Administrator at MC Partners from May 2012 to May 2014, specializing in sourcing high-quality personnel across various global industries, and as a Construction Recruitment Consultant from August 2010 to May 2012 in a niche consultancy for the construction sector. Elisabeth completed a degree in Interior Woven Textiles and Business, Interior Design at the University of Southampton (2007-2010) and earned A Levels in History, English, Textiles, and Art from Cirecester College (2005-2007).
