Melvin Chee

Melvin Chee is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and talent management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations and Talent at Omnicom Media Group since November 2022, Melvin has previously held significant roles including HR Manager for Ruder Finn Southeast Asia and BBDO Singapore, where responsibilities encompassed comprehensive HR functions across various regions. Prior HR management experience includes overseeing operations at Ink, connecting companies with travelers, and serving as an HR Executive at Singapore General Hospital, leading JCI HR compliance initiatives.
