Leigh Ober

Leigh Ober is the current Global Chief People Officer at Omnicom Precision Marketing Group, bringing with their a wealth of experience in various leadership roles in human resources and employee communications. Prior to their current position, Leigh has held similar positions at Omnicom and Javelin Agency. Leigh also has a background in supporting women's success through scholarships, mentoring, and networking at Empowering Women as Leaders. Leigh holds a BS in Communications from Syracuse University and has completed the Senior Management Program at Omnicom University.
