Jess Oathout, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Jess is currently the Director of Human Resources at Freeman Webb Company, a position they have held since May 2023. They also hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the same university, with a focus on Pre-law, History, and Political Science.
