Gerard Auer

Gerard Auer is the Service Network Manager at Omnidian, a position they have held since February of 2022. Prior to their current role, Auer served as the Regional Service Manager for Southern California at EnergyAid Inc. from December 2021 to February 2022. Auer began their career at SunSystem Technology in October 2014 as the Senior Project Management & Operations, a role they held for six years. In this position, Auer was responsible for managing accounts for large National Residential Service Partners, which required the implementation of new processes that differed per the Partner's desired workflow. Gerard was also responsible for subcontractor on-boarding and subcontract management, invoicing and purchase orders, and vendor procurement and material management.

In October 2020, Auer was promoted to Director of Project Management at SunSystem Technology. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing a team of 25 installers and coordinating residential projects from contract signature to closeout. Gerard also ensured customer satisfaction and served as a key account contact for multiple partners.

Auer's experience in project management and operations has led him to their current role as the Service Network Manager at Omnidian, where they are responsible for overseeing the company's service network.

Gerard Auer obtained a certification from OSHA 10 in 2010.

Gerard Auer reports to Mark Liffmann, Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Katy Harper - Director of Data Management, Cedric Brehaut - SVP, Products, and Jason Feng - VP, Commercial Sales.
