Rhian Jones

Rhian Jones has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Rhian started their career as a Room Attendant at Swansea Marriott Hotel in 2011 and later served as a Housekeeping Supervisor there. In 2018, they joined WGC Limited as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager until 2020. Rhian also worked as a Care Assistant at MiHomecare for a brief period in 2020. Rhian then transitioned to Tesco, where they worked as a Delivery Driver and Acting Team Support from 2020 to 2021. Rhian's next role was as a Housekeeping Supervisor at The Vale Resort for a short time in 2021. Rhian then joined Omni as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper and subsequently Marriott Hotels as a Front Office Supervisor, before taking up their current position as an Executive Head housekeeper at The Omni Group - Omni Facilities Management in 2022.

Rhian Jones attended Grŵp Colegau NPTC Group of Colleges from 2010 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a diploma in BTEC extended diploma in hospitality supervisory.
