Stu Schlackman has extensive work experience in sales coaching and training. Stu is the President of their own company since 2004, where they use their "Four People You Should Know" Personality Perspectives Process to help companies build high-performance teams and increase sales. Stu is also the Sales Coach and Trainer at Omnigo Software and Lexipol since 2019 and 2018 respectively. Stu is the owner of Competitive-Excellence and Connecting4People, where they provide sales advice and utilizes the Four People You Should Know sales assessment. Additionally, they have served as the Past President of the Leadership Richardson Alumni Association and the National Speakers Association. Stu was also a Board Member at the Richardson Chamber and an Adjunct Professor at Dallas Christian College. Prior to their coaching and training roles, they worked as a Sales Director at DecisionOne Corporation.

Stu Schlackman holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kennedy Western University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, completing their studies from 1970 to 1974. In addition to their formal education, Stu Schlackman has obtained certifications as a Certified Speaking Professional from the National Speakers Association in June 2013 and as a Certified Virtual Presenter from eSpeakers.
