Paolo Matarazzo

Paolo Matarazzo is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Partner at OMNINECS Europe LTD since October 2019, Matarazzo previously held the CFO position at TXT e-solutions from November 2007 to October 2019, managing accounting, controlling, treasury functions, and investor relations. Paolo's tenure includes significant roles at Eurand as Finance Director Europe, where Matarazzo contributed to the IPO process at NASDAQ and secured substantial financing, and at Recordati, overseeing treasury management and financial analysis. Matarazzo began their career as a Financial Analyst at Actinvest, leading a team in fundamental analysis. Educationally, Matarazzo holds a BA in Economics from Università Bocconi, completed in 1990.
