Paweł Marjański

Paweł Marjański has held various positions in the logistics and operations fields since 2004. From 2004-2010, they were a Project Manager and Deputy Director for Logistics/Logistics Process Manager at Bakoma S.A., where they were responsible for the development of WMS modules, production planning, transportation management, and settlement of production in the ERP system. From 2010-2012, they worked as a Project Manager/Head of the Group Analysis and Improvement of Business Process and Management at BZK Group. Sp. z o.o., where they provided business advisory and project management in the areas of logistics and warehousing, manufacturing, planning and management. From 2012-2018, they were Logistics Director at Bakoma S.A., managing in areas of warehousing, transportation, and approximately 150-180 employees. Since 2018, they have held the positions of Logistics Development Director, Logistics Expansion Director, Operations Director, and Operations Manager at Omnipack.

Paweł Marjański completed their Postgraduate study, Kaizen Trainer at the Warsaw University of Technology in 2011, with a field of study in Kaizen Academy, Production management. Prior to that, they completed their M.ofSc. in Economics at Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie between 1996 and 2001.
