Stephanie P. Gleason

Stephanie P. Gleason is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in law enforcement, training, and quality assurance. Since February 2021, Stephanie has served as a Substitute Paraeducator for the Bremerton School District while concurrently holding the position of Training Manager at OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation since January 2016 and serving as Quality Assurance Manager and Training Coordinator at Omnisec International Investigations, Inc. since November 2013. Previous roles include a distinguished career at the FBI from 1980 to 2011, culminating as Supervisory Special Agent, where oversight of fusion center operations and training development was key. Notable accomplishments include managing complex investigations and facilitating significant partnerships with tribal law enforcement. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of North Florida.
